For Original Silicea capsules, it is recommended to take 1 capsule daily for at least 8–12 weeks to give the body time to build up hair, skin, and nails. For many, it is even better to continue for 2–6 months, as nails grow slowly. The manufacturer also states that the capsules can be used for a longer period or repeated as a course if needed.
So you don’t need to take a break after the first course if you feel you are still benefiting from them. However, it is always good to follow the recommended dosage, which is 1 capsule per day.
