    The consistency has changed

    I have used the product a few times now, and its consistency has completely changed. The upper layer in the bottle is thick and cloudy, but the bottom part has remained clear pink and runny. Is this normal, or is the product spoiled?

      Hi and thank you for your question 🥰 I asked Lumen about this, and here is the answer: "Nordic-C Oil-cocktail contains natural berry oils, which also have waxes. These waxes can form a red water phase with the emulsion after the product is shaken. This white emulsion is completely safe and does not affect the product's use or effectiveness. The raw materials we use are picked from nature and as minimally processed as possible. This can slightly affect the product's final composition due to variations in growing conditions, for example, the product's color, or in this case, the fatty acid composition of the berry oils." So you can continue to use the product completely normally 💕
