Affordable cleanser!
This is a quick and affordable cleanser from #cerave that I definitely liked better for the body than for the face. On the body, it works super well – cleanses effectively without drying out, and the skin feels soft and hydrated afterwards. In the face, however, it hasn't been as great for me. I've experienced that it can sting a bit, especially when the skin has been extra sensitive. And right now, my skin has been quite out of balance due to stress, weather changes, and testing several different serums and creams like #lykoinflutester – so it has definitely affected the overall impression. I love that there’s a cap that you can twist to open and close the pump! This makes the product feel a bit more luxurious and prevents a lot of product from being wasted that stays in the pump after use. All in all: a stable and mild product that I would gladly continue to use, but mainly as a body cleanser. Moisture favorite for stressed skin!
#vichy Minéral 89 Daily Booster has really saved my skin lately. My skin has been extra sensitive due to the "winter" weather 🌬️☔️, personal reasons that have stressed me out, and because I as #lykoinflutester have been able to test several different serums in a short period. This has made it so that my skin hasn't really had time to adjust to one single product – so it has been a bit out of balance. Despite this, Minéral 89 has worked incredibly well. The light, fresh gel consistency absorbs quickly and feels immediately soothing and hydrating without irritating. My skin feels soft and more resilient already after a few uses 🌊✨ I really appreciate how mild and effective the formula is. With hyaluronic acid and mineralizing thermal water, my skin feels both strengthened and hydrated. It’s perfect for both morning and evening, alone or under cream, and also works great under makeup + points for that! + points for the price!! It still feels affordable for many and not too expensive for such a product. This cream moisturizes well 💧 The cream feels nice on the skin and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft without being sticky. Therefore, it’s perfect as a day cream! It’s supposed to reduce wrinkles, but since I don’t have any noticeable ones, it’s a bit hard to say if it does that😅 However, my skin has been a bit extra sensitive lately because I, as #influtester, have tested a bunch of different face creams and serums, as that’s what I’ve been tasked with from lyko😅 and due to the season. Cold, harsh winds from the sea are really taking a toll on my skin. And as if that’s not enough, personal reasons have made it so I haven’t taken care of myself in the best way lately. Maybe it’s not the cream itself that I’ve reacted to, so I don’t want to blame it. Big plus for it being available as a refill ♻️ So you don’t have to get new jars all the time + you think about the environment. The price feels a bit too pricey, but this brand is known for being a bit more affordable than cheap, so it still feels right! Lovely serum
I have been very positively surprised by #klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum. It has a light yet still moisturizing consistency that immediately soothes the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. The serum is not as easy to apply as many others, which is appreciated. Every time I use it, my skin feels softer, smoother, and more balanced – perfect when you need a little extra care. The last month has been extremely stressful for me, with events affecting both my energy and routines. Unfortunately, I haven't used the serum as regularly as I would have liked. But despite that, I've noticed how quickly and effectively it works on my skin when I do use it. It’s truly a serum I look forward to continuing with, especially now that life is starting to calm down again. Moisture Bomb
As #lykoinflutester has been testing this cream from #klairs for a while now. However, the last month has honestly been quite messy and stressful for me. Life has simply not been easy, and a lot has happened around me, so I haven't used it as regularly as I actually intended. But every time I remember to apply it, I'm reminded of how lovely it actually is. The cream is super soft, absorbs quickly into the skin, and just feels generally kind and soothing. My skin has been a bit stressed (just like the rest of me), but this cream has still helped to make it less dry and more balanced. I even get a little glow despite the chaos, which I really appreciate. Since I live right by the sea and deal with gusty winds every other day, everything that adds moisture to the skin is appreciated! Sharp Scented Mist
As #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing the VERY CHERRY body mist from #DKNY, which is supposed to smell like cherry ice cream, which I don't really think it does. When I got the package home, our entire mailbox smelled of the perfume😅, which made me think the bottle leaked or broke. I also thought it smelled so sharp that it unfortunately made me dislike the scent. I wish I liked it, as I LOVE cherries otherwise in both scent and taste, candy, etc. When you ask me, this mist smells more like flowers (which it is also supposed to do since it has notes of that), but it is absolutely nothing for me. I don't understand where the sweet scent is supposed to come from? Since I don't think it is sweet at all. I unfortunately suffer from migraines and become very sensitive to scents in periods when the migraine is coming on.. but this mist triggers my migraine immediately, even if I have a good day where I feel great, and it easily takes over in my perfume box as well since it feels like it leaks scent even though it just stands in a box, so unfortunately I will not use this but give it away (haha preferably to someone I don't know so I don't have to smell the scent😅, but MAYBE it smells better on someone else) + nice design, pink with many different colors. The mist is light and “watery,” which makes it easy to spray evenly over the hair, and it doesn’t weigh it down. The mist revives the hair’s own curls! As a #lykoinflutester, I have tested products from #happycrazymine The brand is a well-known brand to me from before and has products I am familiar with🥳✨ This is a gel that feels like a kind of combo between gel and cream as it is not too thick and has a lovely consistency, awesome in my opinion! The scent is also fresh and doesn’t overpower too much! However, I typically have NEVER found a gel or cream that my hair likes 100% as it always after a while makes my hair feel stiff or unwashed/unfresh even though I only use liiite product.. so I unfortunately don’t think creams are something for me and my hair.. even though I SOOO wish it worked. But the curls come through!! So it does at least do its job, but unfortunately no top product for my hair. Lovely hair treatment
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to test products from #happycrazymine 🥰 Happycrazymine is a brand I've known about for a while and has affordable products! 🥳 This is a treatment that you should leave in freshly shampooed wet hair for 5-10 minutes, so not a conditioner (but can be used instead of conditioner!) and that deeply penetrates your hair and gives it nourishment. I would have liked to see the curls structured a liiitle better. + for being vegan! + for the scent! smells fresh but doesn't overpower too much. + for the oils the product contains I would have wished to test a regular conditioner as well, but it's a shame to complain😅 it's an amazing series overall✨
