Moisturizes but leaves a sticky surface
Update: I have used the product both day and night for the past four days. Unfortunately, it triggers eczema on my neck and makes my skin itch a lot. I have used Oat in calming gel cream but needed a product that is a bit more moisturizing. This one was recommended. Unfortunately, I find that it leaves a sticky film over the face and makes the skin very shiny. It moisturizes fairly well, so I will use it at night. I usually use Aveeno Calm Restore gel cream but feel it can feel "silicone-y" and make the skin oily throughout the day. Is this one less "silicone-y" on the skin? Unclear effect
