    Sits loose

    The part of the pen sits loose and falls out. Soft pencil and I prefer it to be firmer. Nice color. Bought two colors and both pencils were loose. We'll see how long it lasts since it keeps falling out.

      Hi Pia, thank you for your review ❤️ How great that you like the color 😍 To test the solution, you can try carefully putting the pencil back and pressing down with the cap so that it "sets" properly. Storing the pencil in a cool place can also help, so feel free to try putting it in the fridge for a while before use.     Arrived smudgy

    Arrived not sealed and smudgy which gave the impression that it had been used by someone else. Very soft overall and I prefer the firmer variant so it doesn't smudge throughout the day. However, this variant is easier to blend out if you want to use it that way. A little glittery.
