Sits loose
The part of the pen sits loose and falls out. Soft pencil and I prefer it to be firmer. Nice color. Bought two colors and both pencils were loose. Storing the pencil in a cool place can also help, so feel free to try putting it in the fridge for a while before use. Arrived smudgy
Arrived not sealed and smudgy which gave the impression that it had been used by someone else. Very soft overall and I prefer the firmer variant so it doesn't smudge throughout the day.
