    Can't get it off

    Hey there! I love this mascara, but I can't get it off with either regular Garnier Cleansing Water or Nivea effect eye makeup remover and Garnier Skin Active Eye Make-up Remover, and I still can't get the mascara off completely. I've tried putting a pad with makeup remover and pressing so the product can work, I've tried rubbing. It feels like I won't have any lashes left if I keep this up. But I never get the product off completely, so what cleanser should I use? I need help!😆

      Haven't tried this one myself, but based on the description, it's a tubing mascara! That means you can remove it with warm water, as ElliR writes ☺️🩷

    Poor heat good plates

    Hi! I feel like it’s not hot enough even though I have it on max.. I love that it has narrow plates and is handy that way🥰

      Hey Ronja 🤗 This flat iron has 20 different heat settings between 120-190 degrees. Some flat irons can have a max temp of 220 degrees, and if you're used to that, you can definitely feel the difference. Since this flat iron is very narrow, thin sections are recommended for the absolute best results. Fingers crossed that you soon find a way to use this that fits you like a glove 🥰🙏
