    Not worth the money

    First time I tried this nail polish. So disappointed, maybe I got an old product? The nail polish was so thick to apply on the nail which made it thick and ugly when painting and it was unusable. Will not buy again.

      Hello Rose-Marie!😊 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the nail polish🙏🤍 I can really understand your disappointment if the nail polish result became thick and uneven on the nail. A tip is to paint on completely clean, dry nails with a thin base coat, 1-2 thin layers of color, and finish with a top coat — thin layers give a smoother surface. Store the bottle well sealed, upright, and cool, and wipe the threads so the lid closes tightly. If the polish is still thick right out of a newly opened bottle, it sounds like a defect. In that case, we would like you to register a complaint on your account so that we have the opportunity to take a closer look at this. 1. Log in to Your user account 2. Click on the MY PAGES icon 3. Then select Order history 4. Click on the current order number for the items you wish to complain about 5. Click on the COMPLAIN icon. Fill in the quantity and reason for complaint in the text box under the selected product 6. To speed up the complaint process, you can upload a picture/video of the current damage/reason for complaint and the product's batch number. You do this under UPLOAD IMAGES 7. Choose from the dropdown how you want to be compensated if the complaint is approved 8. Confirm by clicking SEND Wishing you all the best!☀️
