    So lovely and best

Ever since I started using this facial toner, my skin has felt so much better. It’s clearer, softer, more hydrated, and my small breakouts/blemishes/pimples have decreased. I don’t know how I ended up with this particular facial toner. Strangely, I’ve never really used facial toner before (at least not the right way, like dabbing it on before all other skincare), but since I have several other products from Purito and have sensitive skin, I landed on this one. I don’t regret it. It suits my skin SO well. It’s extremely watery. I had a bit of trouble with that at first, not used to it. But I take a little in my palm and pat it all over my face plus neck. It absorbs very quickly and leaves a nice feeling afterwards. My skin 👄 I’m 41 years old, have thin soft skin that easily gets red, and I also easily get breakouts around my mouth/nose.

    A way to complicate things

I'm not completely inexperienced when it comes to patches – I've used both full masks and spot patches before. But I still had to start this experience from #xlash by figuring out which patches should go where. The first two were easy enough, but the third, shaped like a licorice boat, took a bit more thought. I concluded that it's for the folds by the mouth (something I don't really have for anatomical reasons). ℹ️ About my skin: I'm 40+ and have soft, thin, and sensitive skin. The packaging it arrived in is quite large and beautifully purple. Under the lid is an extra protective cover with a spoon you can use to pick up the patches for hygienic reasons. The patches are fragrance-free and, in my opinion, made of a nice material, a bit checkered in texture, and I like how they stick well (without sliding), without being too dry. What’s a bit trickier for me is that they fit the face poorly. If I put it on the forehead so it covers the "frown lines" well, it ends up over the eyebrows. I don't like that, so I have to place it a bit higher than what "feels right." And regarding the ones under the eyes, I get the feeling they don't sit exactly as I want them to, so they cover both the wrinkles at the sides of the eyes and those underneath. Maybe these are made for a face with slightly different proportions. It seems reasonable that not everyone has the same measurements. But personally, I don't feel like they sit right on the face no matter how much I try to adjust them. Personally, I would have preferred to have only under-eye patches and then patches of a more neutral shape that you could place wherever you think fits. 👄 The result then? They moisturize, and there is a difference. But the result is not better than my usual skincare. I also think they leave an uncomfortable sticky feeling afterward that stays on the skin. The luxury feeling is missing because, for me, they have such a poor fit. So I mostly think these patches are a way to complicate things. ✨ Plus - Fragrance-free - Nice material, slightly checkered texture - Sticks well to the skin almost immediately, doesn’t slide - Provides visible hydration 🫤 Minus - The forehead patch, in my opinion, doesn’t sit well over the "frown lines" without ending up over the eyebrows - Generally feels made for a different face/different proportions - The result is not better than a regular skincare routine - The moisture left over when you remove it is unpleasant, doesn’t absorb by itself, so I had to dab it off with paper. #lykoinflutester

    My all time favorite!!!

If I could choose only one makeup product to use for the rest of my life, I would choose this one. It is simply the best. I got it as a sample once about 10-15 years ago, and since then I've been hooked. There is nothing to compare it to. It is nourishing, it applies nicely and naturally, and it brightens up my natural skin tone, which I think has a bit of olive in it, even though I am so pale. It is only lightly covering but because it gives my natural skin tone such a nice complement, it feels much more covering than it actually is. No, but seriously. This is my number one. This is my favorite. This is the product I hold on to the most.

Wins in airflow, loses in moisture

I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to test this conditioner from #björnaxen, which pleased me, as I think their dry shampoo is the best (I prefer not to use anything else). These are the first products from them (I have tested several in the series) that I use that are not mentioned dry shampoo. My hair 🧬 It is smooth, narrow, and fine Scandinavian hair. The hair is untreated and hard to style. Products tend to sit on top or slide off it. I really never need to brush my hair. First impression 🌸 This conditioner smells wonderful! Exactly what it smells like is hard to put a finger on. It might be floral, with a bit of spice? It is definitely not just sweet, but it has something extra. Usage 🚿 I have tried both putting the conditioner in all my hair and just on the lengths. If I put it in all my hair and blow-dry afterwards, my hair doesn’t get greasy for several days (but then I have to blow-dry along the part). If I don’t feel like blow-drying, I just put it on the lengths. Result ✨ Afterwards, my hair feels clean and airy. Some conditioners make my hair feel weighed down and greasy, or like a film, especially conditioners that are supposed to “give nourishment” or “shine.” This conditioner promises volume and cleansing, and it certainly delivers! Although volume might be a strong expression. “A certain lift” I would rather say. Moisture 🌾 But what you gain in airflow, you lose in moisture. I don’t think the conditioner in question moisturizes the hair particularly well. I let it sit in extra long, or I choose to complement it with some lighter hair mask. Otherwise, my hair feels dry and the ends feel slightly straw-like. Overall impression ⭐ This is a conditioner with a good scent that contributes to clean and airy hair that has swing potential (which is good). What is less good is that it is not particularly moisturizing.

    Clean and airy

My hair 🧬 I received this shampoo in the role of #lykoinflutester, which made me happy since my hair is among the least voluminous hair in the whole area. My hair is Scandinavian glass fiber, with many, many fine strands. I don't have any major lack of strands, yet my hair is quite "thin". First impression 💛 The first impression of the product itself was the scent – it smells lovely! My 20-year-old daughter, who was present when I opened the package, turned her head and said "mmm" (that's a good scent sign). The lather 🫧 My second impression is that it doesn't lather much, but it becomes more of a rather compact lather. So: there isn't big foam all over the hair, but fine lather right where I massage with my fingers, in just the right amount according to me. Appreciated! The result in the hair 🌬️ The feeling afterwards, whether I blow-dry or not, is that the hair feels clean and airy. Volume I don't know – only if I style it (with more than just blow-drying). But the fact that the hair feels airy afterwards is a very good starting point. One problem I often have is that products sit on the strands, weigh them down, and feel sticky. This is not a problem with this shampoo. As mentioned, the hair feels clean and airy. Disadvantages 🌾 One disadvantage is that the hair tends to go a bit dry, especially the ends in my case. But I have been able to compensate for that with other products, and I have let the conditioner work a bit longer in the lengths. Overall impression ⭐ I like the shampoo the most of all in this series. It cleanses, makes the hair feel airy, it smells good, and also feels economical (doesn't need much product). A downside is that the hair tends to go a bit dry, but that can vary if I don't use it so much on the lengths and let the conditioner work a bit longer. #björnaxen

    Lets the hair be light

I have fine, airy Scandinavian hair that somehow behaves like fiberglass – color and products tend to slide off or sit on top of the strands. This product lets the hair maintain its lightness while actually giving a little feeling of volume. It’s exactly the type of products that usually work best for me: ones that don’t weigh down, but let the hair be airy and light – but in a more defined way. I use it by spraying a few times from about 30 cm away on towel-dried hair. It gives no hold or control, so I’ve complemented it with a heat protectant that combats static hair. In one picture, I let my hair air dry, and in the other, I styled it. Just like the other products in the line, it smells really good, although the scent unfortunately fades quite quickly. #lykoinflutester #bjornaxen

The same old song for me

I have Scandinavian, fine, and happy hair. And by that, I don't mean fine as in beautiful and happy as in joyful. But rather as in narrow and slick. I applied a bit of product to towel-dried hair, and then blow-dried it. Here's how the story goes for me: products often weigh down and sit on top of the hair strands, making the hair look weighed down. Unfortunately, that was exactly what happened with this product as well. The hair lay flat against my head, and the overall feeling was not good at all. So unfortunately, this was no hit for me. On the plus side, at least the hair didn't look greasy (many products unfortunately give that effect), and the product smells really good! The whole series smells good! And it has a pretty strong scent. #lykoinflutester #bjornaxen

    Glow!

I happened to see some photos of myself, with a few years on my neck, and I looked so incredibly glowy in my skin. It made me start to think... what have I changed in my skincare routine. And then I realized. I stopped using my Lumene Nordic C serum shortly after the photo was taken. The reason was that I got some eczema, which didn’t need to be due to the serum (I had just given birth), but in desperation, I stopped everything and switched to Purito instead. And I love Purito. But I missed that extra glow. So I bought this again, and the glow has returned. I’m a real "lumenegirl", and the glow series is a bit of my favorite. The night serum is fantastic, this serum is fantastic, the moisturizer is fantastic. Lumene all day long (And then Purito, when trouble arises).

    Stone Hard

I don't understand this product. I'm even unsure if I'm getting any product on the brush. I really rub the brush against it, but I see no results on my cheeks, and the product in the packaging still has the shape of a flower after half a year of use. I don't really know if I'm getting any product on my cheeks, so I usually put another product over it. I keep using it because it's expensive. But I'm unsure if it's really being used or if I'm fooling myself. Regardless, I'm not particularly satisfied.
