I have tested three shades of L'Oréal Paris Magic Retouch for brown hair. Dark brown suited me best at first, but I have colored hair, so I have been able to adjust to Cold Brown as the hair has lightened a bit over the summer. + The product was quick and easy to use. Covers regrowth super well both at the ears and the part. It doesn't smudge and dries quickly, and lasts until the next hair wash. - It smells quite strong. There were also some splashes if you don't protect, e.g., your face, but it was easy to rub off, just be careful with, e.g., clothes. After applying the product, the hair becomes a bit dry and hard to comb where it lies, so it works best on a "finished" hairstyle.. A good product!
I got to test the product through Smartson. The packaging is convenient, a small tube in plastic. The product is very economical, the first drops were watery but then it got better, you only need to take a small dab per eye. I am 44 years old and have tested my way to the best result, under and over makeup, tried with both concealer and foundation but found that my small wrinkles sometimes almost get emphasized with the product. The best result was definitely with light foundation under the eye and then the product, or completely without makeup. At first, it stung a little on the skin after application but that has passed.
