    6.11 or 7.11?

    Hi! I would like advice on which shade to choose for my hair. It was colored two months ago but is fading. I want to achieve a very cool result without having to bleach, it’s okay if it appears darker. I also wonder if I should choose 5% vol or 20% vol. Thanks! <3

      Hi Elli! 👋🏼😊 A bleaching treatment risks bringing out even more warm/orange pigments, which makes it harder to get a cool and even result afterwards 🤗 It’s better to work directly with the right shade to achieve a cool tone 🤍 Take care of yourself 🌸
