It's supposed to suit all skin types but especially sensitive and dry skin, and yes: I really think it moisturizes. Gives a lot of glow and sits nicely under makeup on me, who has dry skin. However, if you have oily skin, I think you'll find it a bit "too much." Affordable & gentle on the skin.
