      Hey Sunflower! 🌻 A permanent color can't really lighten hair that is already colored, you can only get a slight lightening. However, it can give the dark roots a more even overall look and a slightly warmer tone if you want to freshen up the color. If you really want to lighten the dark areas, you have to bleach first ✨ Have a nice day ☀️
