      Hi Susanne 🌼 This gel liner is made to be used along the lash line on the eyelid, not on the waterline. If you want something for the waterline, it's best to choose a kohl pencil or an eyeliner that is marked safe for the waterline. Have a wonderful day ahead 🤍
