    Good product but terrible bottle

    I experience the lengths to be less frizzy, however, I think the packaging is worthless, which brings down the whole rating. The spray function feels like the product is sprayed everywhere you don't even want it, i.e. on body and clothes. You are supposed to fill water up to the line on the packaging, but the bottle is not transparent so you can't see when you've filled up to the line. It happens that the product leaks out when you put on the nozzle even though you suspect you've filled to the line. Additionally, it says you should first pour in the ampoule and then water, BUT if you do that, it just bubbles over.......🙄🤷🏼‍♀️

      Hey Therese! 😃👋🏻 Thank you for your honest and detailed review – lovely to hear that the frizz is getting less! 😊 For the bottle, we have some tips that can help. To avoid it bubbling over, measure the water in a measuring cup and pour it into the bottle, but leave a little space before putting on the nozzle. Also, pour the components slowly and in stages to reduce the risk of foam 🤍 When you spray, hold the bottle a little further from the hair and work in sections to get an even application.
