The cap doesn't stay on
The product is precise and has a nice shade, but the cap doesn't stay on in the makeup bag, causing the pencil to dry out. This has happened to a few pieces now. Luckily, you can get color out of the pencil by bending it "in half," but it won't release any more color on its own after that. The cap is now taped on.

My scalp unfortunately gets a bit clogged, but otherwise a nice product! It feels like the washing interval has lengthened and the scent of the product is nice. I can't say anything about hair growth yet. I've been using it a couple of times a week for about a month.
