What distinguishes this new version from the old version? Is No 0 no longer needed as before?
In the previous version, you were supposed to prepare the hair with "No.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment"; is this no longer required in the new Plus version since it is not mentioned in the instructions?
Is what No 0 did "built-in" in the new version?
Please explain what distinguishes this new version from the previous one in a more pedagogical and understandable way for us "ordinary people."

No.0 is not required as a mandatory first step with the new Olaplex No.3 Plus. Previously, No.3 was often used for at least 10 minutes and could be followed by No.0 on dry hair as an extra intensive two-step treatment, while No.3 Plus is an updated formula that works on multiple types of broken bonds and provides both strengthening and more nourishing effects 🫧
The routine for Plus is simpler: dampen hair, squeeze out excess water, apply from mid-lengths to ends, leave on for 3 minutes, rinse out, shampoo and use conditioner as usual, and use approximately every other to every third wash. No.0 can still be used together with the old No.3 for a more intensive treatment, but Plus is not exactly the same as having No.0 “built-in,” but a new, more complete formula with simplified use.
