What distinguishes this new version from the old version? Is No 0 no longer needed as before?
In the previous version, you were supposed to prepare the hair with "No.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment"; is this no longer required in the new Plus version since it is not mentioned in the instructions? Is what No 0 did "built-in" in the new version?
