Upon purchase, I received a product that was visibly used, with staining on the item and a damaged box. After contacting customer service, a replacement was sent, which was also used. When I raised the issue again, a refund was issued automatically without my prior consent. It is concerning that products presented and sold as new are, in fact, visibly used, demonstrating a lack of consideration for the customer experience and the time required to resolve repeated issues. I subsequently purchased the product from Bangerhead, where it arrived brand new and without any issues.
