An eyelash curler should of course be gentle, but the experience can sometimes vary depending on the length, thickness, and sensitivity of the lashes, as well as how the tool is used. We always recommend checking that the rubber pad is intact and soft, and to avoid curling the lashes when they are wet or have mascara on – as they are extra sensitive then.
