If you want to soften the color of Manic Panic Cotton Candy Pink Amplified Semi-Permanent Hair Color, you can mix it with a regular conditioner. It works as a “dilution” and makes the result lighter and more pastel 🕵️♂️ Note, however, that Manic Panic Pastel-izer is specifically developed to thin out the color without affecting the pigments as much, so the result is often more predictable and even 🤍 Both methods work – it mostly depends on how intense and long-lasting result you want!
