Halojj! I've been eyeing this product for a long time and heard a lot of good things about it. But I was very puzzled that the rating here on Lyko is actually 2.2 when it has received 18 votes for 5⭐️ and only 1 person voted for 1⭐️. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Emilia I understand that it can sometimes look a bit odd when it comes to the ratings Lyko calculates the average rating based on the actual ratings, but also takes into account data such as how old the rating is and whether the user has purchased the product from us (verified buyer) in the calculation.
