I have to be honest and say that I might not have used it completely consistently for several months, but it has definitely helped with my acne scars. Then I'm unsure if it's that, or my skincare routine. Otherwise, it's just nice to have, to be honest, but I don't really think it's worth its price. The mask is very large, positively or negatively. However, I usually put it on my head, as red light is supposed to help with hair growth. Also, a little fun fact is that Kim Kardashian has her red light masks from the same brand 😅

I've been using this every day for just under a month now, and my skin is just so glowy! It has actually also helped a bit with irritation/flaking from retinoids too. I've also used it on my scalp, and I've gotten so many new baby hairs along my hairline. Super satisfied!!
