This could be a new favorite!
I have a couple of other colors of this pencil from before (dark brown and dark purple), and I thought they worked pretty well, but I haven't been completely satisfied with the shades I bought since they were both very dark. This lighter brown is still what I would call dark brown, but it becomes a liiitle softer around the eye. It has a bit of glitter in it, and I think it's really nice because it's quite subtle. I think the pencil glides on nicely, and it also stays in place well. You can feel that it's not a luxury pencil, but that doesn't bother me. Good basic. I'm glad I finally managed to hit a bit right among the swatches and got what I wanted. As I wrote in the title: this is a pencil that I suspect will be used frequently. Nice color, but dries out quickly.
A very nice color that works well for all kinds of looks. Both for nights out and for everyday use. The problem is that the product becomes completely dry after a few uses. So when you apply it, nothing comes out. I've "solved" the problem by using a bit of setting spray or water. Or by applying it with the help of a makeup brush. But it feels like a shame to have to carry that with you if you want to touch it up during the day. Considering the price, I'm not too surprised, but it's a bit of a shame because it was still nice the first few times you used it. Once you've managed to apply the product with the tricks, it still sits okay. Gold for green eyes!
In my eternal quest to highlight the green in my eyes, I landed on this beautiful deep purple eyeliner. It's easy to apply and has just the right amount of smudgeability while not failing you just because you think too hard. Despite both smile lines and hooded lids, it holds up damn well too. This is the worst pencil I have ever used.
