    This could be a new favorite!

    I have a couple of other colors of this pencil from before (dark brown and dark purple), and I thought they worked pretty well, but I haven't been completely satisfied with the shades I bought since they were both very dark. This lighter brown is still what I would call dark brown, but it becomes a liiitle softer around the eye. It has a bit of glitter in it, and I think it's really nice because it's quite subtle. I think the pencil glides on nicely, and it also stays in place well. You can feel that it's not a luxury pencil, but that doesn't bother me. Good basic. I'm glad I finally managed to hit a bit right among the swatches and got what I wanted. As I wrote in the title: this is a pencil that I suspect will be used frequently. I will show swatches of the other two shades I have as well, Hot Chocolate and Purplelicious (?). #lykoreview #essence

    Sparkling Brown

    A lovely eyeliner, lasts a long time. This color really suits me, and I think it suits everyone. The quality is really good. It gives a wide-awake look, and I only use mascara in addition, on weekdays that's enough makeup for me. Hope it becomes available in all colors soon!

    Brown Beauty

    This pencil from essence really surprised me positively! It holds well all day, doesn’t smudge, and doesn’t disappear halfway through the day, which often happens with cheaper products. The convenient twist-up feature means you don’t have to worry about a sharpener – quick and hassle-free application is a huge plus. Shade 02 Hot Chocolate is a beautiful, universal brown – great for everyday makeup when a black pencil seems too harsh. The only thing I’m missing is a larger selection of brown shades – it’s a pity the collection doesn’t have more, because I would definitely love to try different color variations. #lykoreview #lykocommunity

    Cheap and good - and cruelty free!!

    I love this eyeliner! I have it in brown, black, and glittery brown, and all of them are easy to apply, smudge nicely when I blend them, and last all day - something that is definitely not a given for me, as I easily get sweaty on my face and blink away a lot of makeup during my days… Still easy to remove in the evening, and it is ALMOST waterproof, it can handle a light rain or a few tears but not a downpour or an intense lip attack. Plus, they are long-lasting and the price is incredibly good. Double bonus for essence being cruelty-free! ❤️ Note! If you are looking for a thin tip to create precise lines with, this is NOT a kajal for you, but if you smudge and blend (like I do), it is worth its weight in gold. #lykoreview
