It really has a souffle feel, almost a bit like whipped marzipan, extremely creamy but light. It has a pleasant scent of patchouli and bergamot, and it absorbs easily without being sticky. Luxurious feel! I am a 53-year-old man who has very dry skin in the winter, and this is incredibly pleasant and moisturizing. The jar is very nice and sleek in the new turquoise color. It may need a bit of extra work to absorb into the skin, but it feels very moisturizing and truly leaves the skin soft and smooth! The cream has primarily a truly addictive scent of bergamot patchouli that almost reminds of cardamom. So, applying this moisture bomb to the body is not just a joy for the body but also for the sense of smell. The consistency is quite thick and really moisturizing. Extra good now during the winter months with a cream instead of a lotion. It is very easy to apply around the body and is absorbed relatively quickly by the skin. However, I am used to Cerave's moisturizing cream, which has an incredible absorption ability. So everything is relative, but I would still say that it quickly absorbs the nutrients. The positive thing about this is that you need very little to cover the whole body. It is very thick and moisturizing. But the negative side of this is that it sits like a layer on the skin and wouldn't absorb. I am very sensitive to such things and can't handle that my skin feels sticky long after the product is applied. Additionally, I can't stand the smell. This one smells way too strong for me.
