    Extreme or all soft?

    Hi! I have very dry and damaged hair and have read that extreme or all soft would be best for this type. But Iโ€™d love some tips on which one works best. My hair is not colored but extremely damaged after a lot of heat. Whatโ€™s the difference between these two and which would work best?โ˜บ๏ธ
