Love it!
About my hair: 🤩 Long, thick, and wavy 🤩 Dyed + damaged 🤩 Dry and tangles easily I’ve tried various leave-ins before and never get the result I’m looking for. My hair needs extra moisture that doesn’t weigh it down, as well as something that can also soften it. After some scrolling, this popped up, and considering the price, I was a bit unsure at first, but I decided to give it a try anyway. According to the usage instructions, you should start with one pump for thin hair, two pumps for thicker hair. I would NOT recommend that. I take one pump (as shown in the picture) for my thick hair, and that’s more than enough. My sister tried it in her much thinner hair, and she needed just under 1/2 pump. But what do I think of the product then? It’s wonderful! I feel like I’m getting the moisture I need without it weighing down, and my hair feels a bit extra soft and manageable. I also don’t experience any residue in my hair afterward, which is a positive. I think the pump works well, but I would definitely recommend taking less than what the description says. The only negative is the price, a bit steep for 100ml. I give the product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️16393 views- The comment was made 1 yearsI used K18 when my hair was really damaged mm, so K18 helps. Then when my hair became healthy, I switched to Olaplex 5 and for me this helps. My hair is very curly and gets easily dry, needs a lot of moisture.

Works great for beautiful hair
Works great for my (2B) wavy Scandinavian hair! Perfect together with the gel. I find that my hair gets moisturized, forms good curl clumps, and doesn't weigh down. No frizz either!204 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Satisfied
I feel satisfied with this product. However, my hair gets a bit dry, so I add extra oil.636 views - The post was made 1 month
Hair Extensions
Is it suitable for hair extensions?836 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Silja ✨ This works for most extensions, but it's a good idea to always check with your stylist for the right extension care products 🩷

Effective.
Olaplex products often get bad reviews because many find that they make hair even drier and coarser. With "plex" products, it is really important that there is moisture underneath them to seal in, as their purpose is to create a protective film on the hair. If you seal dryness into the hair, the result will be dry. I always use either a spray or a very light hyaluronic serum under this conditioner, and the hair must be damp when applying leave-in conditioners. The products should be allowed to absorb into damp hair for a moment before blow-drying (if using a hairdryer).1509 views - The post was made 3 monthsRating: 1 out of 5verified customer
Not satisfied
Feels very sticky in the hair and like the hair has way too much product in it, even though I used a little product. Do not recommend.1676 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Question?
Can I use this on both wet freshly washed hair and dry hair after blow-drying?2118 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 4 monthsHey there!🍂 Yes, Olaplex No. 5 Leave-In Conditioner can be used on both wet and dry hair: Wet hair: Moisturizes, repairs, and protects against heat before styling. Dry hair: Refreshes, moisturizes, and smooths the ends between washes!😍 Take care!🤎😍1 likes

Leave in nmr 5
The hair became very soft and smooth while the price isn't particularly high. I have quite coarse hair and used two pumps of the product.4108 views - The post was made 8 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

This was really nice to refresh my hair with between washes. It gives moisture without a product feel when it dries in, perfect instead of oil that can sometimes weigh the hair down. I have long porous, bleached, and colored hair that this worked perfectly for to keep frizz down ✅Just the right price since the product is very economical.3770 views - The post was made 10 months
K18 vs olaplex no 5?
I have very dry, thick, and damaged hair after several rounds of both coloring and bleaching.. I was recommended K18's leave in, but is this better for me? They seem quite similar and both have good reviews 😊4384 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 10 monthsHi! 😊 Thanks for asking – and so great that you compare products before you choose! K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Mask and Olaplex No. 5 Leave-In Conditioner are both great products, but they have completely different functions: 🔬 K18 is an intensive repairing treatment that works deep in the hair to rebuild damage from the inside – perfect for a lot of bleaching, coloring, and heat treatment. 💧 Olaplex No. 5 is a moisturizing leave-in conditioner that provides softness, shine, and frizz control – more like a daily care product, but not a treatment. 👉 The product from Olaplex that can be compared to K18 is actually Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector. It is a repairing pre-shampoo treatment that strengthens weakened bonds in the hair – and is meant to repair, not just care. In summary: – For deep repair after bleaching and damage: choose K18 or Olaplex No. 3 – For daily moisture and softness: choose Olaplex No. 5 Hope that makes it easier to choose! 💛 Feel free to reach out if you want to combine more or need help with your routine.5 likes
