Disappointed
I was a bit disappointed with this product. I have a lot of curls but very thin hair strands. The point of wide was to take more hair at once, I felt that only a little of my hair was properly straightened under the plate, and that's because the two plates only touch each other at the outer edges when you press them together. I understand that the point of the "wide" plates was to take more hair at once, but that the plates only hit the edges and it becomes difficult to straighten the whole hair strand can absolutely be frustrating – especially when you have a lot of curls and thin hair strands.
