Salon feeling at home 🤍✨
This really surprised me! What I like best is how easy it is to go from wet hair to a finished style with the same tool. It comes with several different attachments, and I especially liked the round brush for volume and the straightening brush when I want a smoother and more controlled result. I posted a look with a video on my profile where you can clearly see the difference between the two ✨ But my favorite is definitely the curling attachment! The hair is automatically wrapped around the cylinder by the airflow, so you don’t have to wrap the hair yourself. It took a bit of trial and error before I found the technique that worked best for my hair, but once I got the hang of it, styling went surprisingly fast. I finish each curl with cold air before releasing it, and I think it helps with both shape and hold. I also like that you can adjust both heat and strength. The airflow feels strong enough that I can actually use it to dry my hair, not just style it. The result on my hair is soft, shiny, and with lots of movement and volume, without needing to use several different heat tools. And that’s probably the biggest plus for me: I can blow-dry, straighten, create volume, and curl with one machine. All in all, I think this is an incredibly good and versatile styling tool, especially for the price. A heat tool with that little extra!
Have to say WOW, very impressed with the core styler! The hairdryer does an OK job but that’s not what you’re after here! It’s the "curling iron." It’s so easy to use, catches the hair and doesn’t require much effort for the hair to look nice. When I say it usually takes me at least 30 minutes to curl my hair, this did it in 5-6 minutes 🫶 awesome! The round brush was a bit tricky to get the hang of, and I think practice makes perfect. The brush part itself is also very easy to use and the hair became straight with less frizz. Really feels like if you want an air styler that doesn’t cost a fortune, this is a great choice! I am really so impressed. It is easy to use and the result turns out really nice. Truly worth the price and perfect for you if you think Don feels too expensive. I get a really nice result. And curls that last!! I love that you can both blow-dry with it and make curls, it’s handy to bring along and versatile. A challenger to the pricey gems😮💨
Since I’ve had a similar air tool from a slightly cheaper brand before, I was really excited to try and compare Lyko’s The Core Styler 5-in-1 Air Tool😍 My absolute most important point to test was the Auto Wrap attachment. That’s usually exactly what you’re looking for when you want to find a good dupe for, for example, the Dyson Airwrap, and here I was not disappointed!😮💨⭐️👌🏼 It catches the hair in no time and smoothly wraps it around the attachment, so easy and with a super nice result👌🏼 The other attachments are admittedly ones that already exist on the market, but I love that they’re included here. Because who really wants five different tools taking up space when you can have everything gathered in one?😍 A big plus for the paddle brush that makes it easy to really get in to blow-dry towards the scalp, or when you want to get that perfect, sleek and straight hair👌🏼😍 What I love about this tool is really that I can blow-dry and get a luxurious salon styling in one, I don’t have to first blow-dry and dry the hair and then wait for it to cool down before I can style it with any tool I want😮💨👌🏼 I’ve more than halved the time it takes to do my hair👌🏼⭐️😍 Some details that make it stand out extra much for me: ⭐️Smart buttons: The controls are very user-friendly and easy to understand👌🏼 ⭐️Convenient cool air function: I love that you just have to hold the button to get cool air and then release it when you’re done, instead of having to click through all the heat settings to find the right one. This one impresses 😍
A real Dyson dupe with several different heads – blow dryer, round brush, and curling options. And hello Lyko: how stylish?! It feels so incredibly luxurious, and for that price? It sits comfortably and super light in the hand. And it’s surprisingly quiet! 😴 Perfect when you want to freshen up even after 8 PM without waking sleeping kids 🙄 It has several heat and blow settings, including cool air, and simply does what it’s supposed to. For the price, I think you get a lot. Now, to be honest – is it as powerful as my old GHD Air? No. Does it dry hair just as fast? No. But maybe you can’t expect that from a multi-styler that’s supposed to both blow dry and style hair. Really good settings. Not too heavy.
