Doesn't hold up to what it promises
I bought the shampoo and conditioner after all the fantastic reviews I read here. Therefore, I was very surprised and skeptical when I used them as I found this to be among the worst I have tried 🤔 🧖♀️My hair is dry, as is my scalp. I have long, wavy, and thick hair, as well as bleached/highlights. 🧴It had a fresh but very perfumed scent - not for the sensitive. It made my hair extremely tangled and hard to detangle, almost like steel wool. I lost some hair because of this. My scalp also became even drier. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue to use the whole bottle. ❌In the description, it claims to moisturize, make hair soft and shiny. For me, it was the exact opposite.
