If you have a low risk of cavities and good habits, 1100 can work, but with higher risk, such as many fillings, dry mouth, frequent snacking, or previous cavities, 1450 is often a better choice. If you like the taste and find that Hismile makes brushing your teeth more fun, it can definitely work. However, if you want the best possible cavity-preventive protection, I recommend a toothpaste with 1450 ppm fluoride as your daily first choice. Hope this helps, all the best 💖
