Maria ÅkerbergProbioskin
Probioskin is a dietary supplement with lactic acid bacteria, which benefits the skin and hair by promoting a healthy and balanced intestinal bacterial flora. With Probioskin, we have taken skin and hair care to the next level.
Historically, humans have consumed large amounts of lactic acid bacteria. Digestion, nutrient ingestion and immune system all depend on a balanced intestinal bacterial flora. Probioskin contains 4 billion lactic acid bacteria that increase your wellbeing and make both skin and hair healthier.
There are three different kinds of bacteria in Probioskin: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
The fact that Wasa Medical produces Probioskin for us guarantees top quality. For 30 years, Wasa Medical have been working clinically, developing the best combinations of lactic acid bacteria. Read more about their research on probion.se under For Scientists.
The container holds 150 tablets, 0.35 g/tablet.
Use:
Dosage: 1-3 tablets, 1-4 times daily, with a meal. The indicated daily dosage should not be exceeded.
Start with 1 tablet 3 times per day, during the first two weeks. Then you may increase the dosage incrementally, if needed.
When you are using highly active probiotics, like Probioskin, no dosage fits all. Some feel great with a low dose, others need a higher dose. Does your stomach become gassy? This is not a side effect, but a normal reaction before the stomach catches up, since lactic acid bacteria produce organic acids and carbon dioxide when they are active. Reduce your dosage for a couple of weeks, then try increasing it again.
Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Skin therapist at Lyko1 week agoThis adds lactic acid bacteria that can help create a healthy balance of microorganisms, also known as the skin's microbiome. Lactic acid bacteria are often found in skincare products, but it is also beneficial to treat with supplements that have a positive effect on the skin from within. Have a nice day❤️
