NOW® Cal-Mag contains essential minerals for good bone health. In addition to calcium and magnesium, Cal-Mag contains chelated, highly absorbable forms of zinc, copper and manganese, three trace minerals known to support healthy bone metabolism. Vitamin D has also been included to support calcium metabolism.

Use:
The product is for adults only. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, if you are taking medications or have a medical condition, consult with a doctor before ingestion.
Dosage: 2 capsules daily with meals. The dose can advantageously be divided during the day.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
