Very satisfied with this magnesium supplement. One capsule contains 150 mg of magnesium, which is very good compared to many other suppliers, where one capsule often only contains 75 mg. I take 2 capsules before going to bed and find that it helps with muscle pain, cramps, and sleep. It also has a calming effect. Additionally, I like that the product is free from unnecessary fillers, which many other magnesium supplements often contain.
