#konkurranseinflutester I have been using the K18 mask for about 5 months now, and I am really impressed with the results. My hair was quite damaged, and even though the biggest improvement came after consistent use, I actually saw a difference already after the first use. It felt stronger, healthier, and less porous right away. One of the things I like best is that the hair doesn't get heavy from the product. The mask repairs without laying on like a film, and because it prevents further damage, my hair has actually grown much faster than usual. It breaks less, and you can really tell! Personally, I like to apply the mask and let it sit for about 5 minutes. After that, I always follow up with conditioner. The reason is that I have very tangled hair, and even though K18 repairs the hair really well, it doesn't necessarily smooth down frizz or provide the same softness that a conditioner does. Without conditioner, my hair gets a bit frizzy, but with conditioner, I get optimal results, both in repair, softness, and smoothness. I really recommend K18 if you have damaged or distressed hair. It makes a noticeable difference, especially with consistent use. Just be prepared that you might need conditioner afterward, especially if you, like me, have hair that easily tangles or gets a bit frizzy.

The hair becomes strong, but you should use conditioner afterwards, otherwise it gets dry.
