The Christmas gift of the year!
Getting K18's Molecular Repair Mask was exactly what my hair had on Santa's wish list this year! My hair really needed a treatment that both strengthens and repairs after the summer's sun rays, frequent use of heat tools, and large amounts of dry shampoo during parental leave 🥰. I have long, thick Scandinavian hair and have colored it for many years. Therefore, my hair can easily become damaged and dry, so a little extra love is absolutely necessary! I used the mask five washes in a row as an intensive treatment for my hair. After that, I started using the product about every third wash. I was a bit skeptical about whether it would really be possible to brush my hair after letting the mask work for just four minutes, but it worked perfectly 😃. I wash my hair two to three times a week, so about once a week with the hair mask – and that’s enough for me 😃. My hair feels soft and of better quality, and my ends feel so much healthier! I really like this repair mask. There’s just one thing I find negative: my hair feels a bit heavier on the second day after use. It’s still clean, but somehow a bit more “heavy.” However, that’s the only negative I’ve noticed – and it’s definitely worth it for healthier hair!#lykoinflutester #k18

I have oily (but dry) scalp and dry, frizzy lengths. I was thinking of buying K18 Detox Shampoo and the mask. Can I use the mask on the lengths and a different serum on the scalp, like Ida Warg Cure Scalp Serum or Löwengrip Anti Dandruff Treat & Care Sensitive Dry Scalp Serum?

K18 Detox Shampoo and the mask are a great choice for cleansing and strengthening the hair, but since your lengths are dry and frizzy, I would recommend adding extra moisture. Styling Products
Can you use your regular styling products after the 4 minutes? Or will it be too much product then? I usually use Ref fiber mousse at the roots and Lanza Healing Strength Silk Serum on the ends.

  Hey! 🌿 Yes, it works absolutely great to use your regular styling products after the K18 Leave-In Mask has worked for the 4 minutes. The mask builds up the hair's bonds but leaves no "heavy" film, so it doesn't get too much product. Take care!🤍🫧

I've probably bought K18 4 times. My hair is naturally light brown, thin hair strands, but many hair strands so my hair is quite thick. I've started doing blonde balayage in the last 2 years, and chose to buy this pricey item at the beginning of my hair journey. Before bleaching, I use K18 about 4-5 times before I dye my hair, and then after freshly dyed hair, I also use it about 4-5 times. My hairdresser has been amazed at how good my hair feels, I do love intensive care so I use a ton of different products and take care of my hair, but I notice a very big difference with just K18! If you have the chance and have been tempted to try it, go for it! It's really soooooo good🤩 #lykomisson

  Hi Izabella 😀 The recommendation is to shampoo the hair and rinse, do not use conditioner or hair mask. Then towel dry the hair. Apply K18 and let it sit for 4 minutes. Do not rinse out. Style the hair as desired 🤍 For best results, it is recommended to use the following 4-6 washes and then every 3rd to every 6th wash as needed 🥰 Wishing you a nice day ❄

Hey! I had high hopes for K18 since I've heard so much good about it. I started following the Abbey Young method and thought I would invest in this to really give my hair some extra love. Unfortunately, this was a mistake, my hair feels like steel wool every time I use it. I followed the instructions for K18, I took a break to give my hair some rest since I thought I had used it too often, and my hair went back to normal. After about 2-3 weeks, I tried it again and once again steel wool hair. My hair is curly and previously bleached but overall healthy. Unfortunately, this is going in the trash.

K18 can sometimes give a stiff feeling if you use conditioner before application or if you take a bit too much product. Feel free to try it without conditioner first and adjust the amount, often a very small dose is enough. Use:
