The Christmas gift of the year!
Getting K18's Molecular Repair Mask was exactly what my hair had on Santa's wish list this year! My hair really needed a treatment that both strengthens and repairs after the summer's sun rays, frequent use of heat tools, and large amounts of dry shampoo during parental leave 🥰. I have long, thick Scandinavian hair and have colored it for many years. Therefore, my hair can easily become damaged and dry, so a little extra love is absolutely necessary! I used the mask five washes in a row as an intensive treatment for my hair. After that, I started using the product about every third wash. I was a bit skeptical about whether it would really be possible to brush my hair after letting the mask work for just four minutes, but it worked perfectly 😃. I wash my hair two to three times a week, so about once a week with the hair mask – and that’s enough for me 😃. My hair feels soft and of better quality, and my ends feel so much healthier! I really like this repair mask. There’s just one thing I find negative: my hair feels a bit heavier on the second day after use. It’s still clean, but somehow a bit more “heavy.” However, that’s the only negative I’ve noticed – and it’s definitely worth it for healthier hair!#lykoinflutester #k18

Notice a difference
A good product from K18 that has made my hair softer and easier to manage. Started using leave-in 4 times after each shampoo, and then used it every 4th hair wash. Nice to use when the hair needs a little extra care. Very economical in use😊 #lykoreview #k18 #lyko

Save your money and don’t buy
Bought this product because of all the GOOD reviews, if I had been smart I would have gone by the bad ones and never bought it (but naive as one is, you ignore the bad reviews when the positive ones are more). I am naturally blonde with Scandinavian hair strands. I bleach highlights occasionally to lighten a bit. Have followed the instructions to the letter for a few months now with no positive result. My hair becomes STAW after EVERY use so I don’t understand using this WITHOUT conditioner/hair mask??!! Every time I apply the product, I get a lot of hair strands in my hand afterwards, never happened with any product before. I have heard comments for a few weeks now, and just TODAY from colleagues who asked if I had gotten a haircut when I haven’t even done that (I myself have noticed that my hair has gotten shorter since using this "completely perfect rescue for hair" product). Talk about total devaluation and throwing money away. I haven’t changed anything else in my product routine, nor my diet or anything, so I am 100% sure it’s time to throw this crap in the trash.

I notice an immediate difference
I have never noticed such a big difference immediately when using a hair product. Big difference in my hair whether I use this or not after a shower. Have thin, dry, chemically treated Nordic hair that breaks easily. Smells pleasant. Worth every penny.

The description says to wash the hair with a deep cleansing shampoo, my question is whether you need to wash with deep cleansing shampoo before the first use of K18 or before every subsequent time you use the machine?

  Hi Janeta! 👋🏼😊 You need to use a deep cleansing shampoo before the first use of K18 to remove buildup and product residue so the mask can work optimally. After that, regular shampoo is enough for future uses, so you don’t need to deep cleanse every time 🥰 K18 is used on clean, towel-dried hair after shampooing and should not be combined with conditioner or other products before application 👌🏼 Have a nice day 🦋

Processing time???
If the product's processing time is 4 minutes and it is not rinsed off afterwards, how does the substance "disappear" from the hair after those 4 minutes??? The processing time is completely pointless if it is left in the hair??? I don't understand.

  Hi Satu! 😊 The 4-minute processing time means the minimum time the peptides need to bind to the hair — after that, the product’s active work is done, but it is left in the hair and not rinsed out. Use a pea-sized amount on towel-dried hair, let it work for 4 minutes, do not rinse, add other leave-in products, and style as usual ❤️

Wow!
Got this in a Lyko Lovables box and was really excited to try it. I have long, colored, and thin hair. I didn’t really have high expectations for this product since I wasn’t a fan of their wet dry shampoo. After using this for three washes in a row, I’m actually a bit stunned. And impressed! My hair is softer, shinier, and looks much healthier. I also don’t lose much hair in the shower anymore👐🏻 It actually makes me a bit annoyed since now I have to spend a small fortune to buy more when I run out. But it’s definitely worth it! #lykoreview

I have very thick and long hair, and my ends tend to be quite dry. While this product made my hair feel slightly softer, it did not significantly improve the damage. In my experience, this product seems to work very well for certain hair types, but unfortunately, it didn’t suit mine. After using it, my hair actually became even drier, and I had to visit the salon, where my hairstylist ended up cutting a significant amount of damaged hair. My hairstylist also mentioned that this product tends to work better when used together with other products from the same brand. Considering the price of two bottles, I believe you might get better results from a professional treatment, such as a hair botox session. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product for people with a similar hair type to mine.

Does what it promises
I got this in Lyko's Lovabless box and didn’t have high expectations for it. Now I’ve used it for four washes in a row according to the instructions and... just an amazing effect! I have dry and damaged hair, and now that I’ve used this, my hair looks and feels really good. It clearly repairs the hair structure. The price is high but worth it. I will definitely buy it again when this runs out. Minus points for the scent as it’s quite strong and alcoholic, but luckily it doesn’t stay in the hair once it’s dry. #lykoreview

Use:
1. Wash your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo and rinse. Do NOT use conditioner. Towel dry your hair.
2. Start with 1 pump of K18 Mask and apply more as needed depending on hair length, thickness and condition. Massage into your hair evenly, one pump at a time, from root to tip. Do not overdose.
