  Uva Dulcis ♥️🌹🌸

  Received this as a gift (I got it last weekend). 🎁 Had been longing for it for many months first. The perfume is from the Italian fashion house Laura Biagiotto, and is a tribute to the city of Rome. In the Aqve Romane series, there are several scents, I got (and wished for) Uva Dulcis. And I was not disappointed. Have been using it since I got it. The bottle is beautiful. It’s a lovely mix of different notes in the scent. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last very long on the skin, but I forgive it for that. And after all, it’s an EdT and not an EdP. The scent is unique, I think. Fruity, warm, good, soft. Intimate, sensual, feminine, woody, deep. It smells like perfectly ripe fruit, in a beautiful sunset… Like the last warm sigh of late summer, to be replaced by a cool crisp and beautiful autumn. 🍂 That’s how it smells to me. Beautiful, deep, warm, mature, good. Feminine and sensual. Love this scent. ♥️🌹🍇 The perfume feels like a tribute not only to Rome, but also to the color red. Red rose, red pepper, red wine, red ripe juicy sun-warmed plums, red pomegranate… with a base of cedarwood, oak, patchouli, and bay leaf. Nice. Woody, fruity, and floral. Lovely, soft, heavy but still light, deep, warm, and beautiful. It smells like a glimpse of beauty, I think. 🌸❤️♥️ As stable and secure, and at the same time as elusive and unattainable, as beauty. Yes, I know it’s impossible that everyone else would feel the same as I do about this scent. Not everyone may like it, of course. If you’re tempted by it; please try it in store before buying! I don’t want to paint a picture only to disappoint someone. But; I personally love this scent! Everything about it. Both the name (uva dulcis means “sweet grape” in Latin), the beautiful bottle, the color, the ingredients, and of course; the scent! Everything. Enchanted! ☺️ Yes, please. This warm, exciting, soft, good, fruity and floral but at the same time woody scent may very well be my faithful companion going forward. Yes. 🍇🌸❤️♥️🌹🍂🍃 #lykoreview
