Then select Order History (lyko.com/sv/mina-sidor/orderhistorik) 4. Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about 5. Click on the COMPLAIN icon 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for complaint in the text box under the selected product (To speed up complaint handling, you can upload a picture) 7.
