THE FAVORITE IN ALL LAYERS🩷
So I have found my absolute favorite powder!! I, who am usually very dry and get very dry from powder, have found the savior that I needed! I usually apply the powder first with a puff, then I finish with a brush. It doesn't settle and crumble or get cakey, which I have had a lot of problems with before. But this, like wow wow wow.
