Livostin eye drops are your go-to short-term solution for easing the symptoms of pollen allergies. As the warmer months roll in, many of us experience those pesky red, itchy, watery, and swollen eyes thanks to the surge in pollen. It’s histamine that triggers these annoying eye issues, and Livostin steps in to combat the allergic reaction by blocking the effects of histamine. You’ll start feeling relief in about 15 minutes. Suitable for both adults and kids, but make sure kids get a diagnosis from a doctor first.

Livostin eye drops contain the preservative benzalkonium chloride, which can cause eye irritation and may discolor soft contact lenses. So, it’s best to skip the soft contacts while using this product. If you absolutely need to wear them, take your lenses out before applying the drops and wait at least 15 minutes after using the drops before putting them back in.

For over-the-counter treatment of pollen allergies, the recommended dosage for most adults and children with mild to moderate symptoms is 1 drop in each eye twice daily. If needed, you can increase the dosage to up to 4 times a day. Keep using it as long as your allergy symptoms persist. If you don’t see any improvement within a few days, reach out to your doctor.

Once opened, the bottle should be used within one month.

Instructions for use
Shake the bottle well and remove the cap. Take off the sealing ring when you open the bottle for the first time.
Tilt your head back.
Gently squeeze the bottom of the bottle to drop one drop into the corner of your eye. Blink while pulling down your lower eyelid to spread the drop across your eye.
Repeat the same for the other eye.

To avoid contamination, make sure the tip of the bottle doesn’t touch your eye.
