Great application brush
Very light consistency, glides on the skin and applies easily. Feels luxurious and featherlight on the skin, I really recommend this for those who want a lighter and airier feel on the skin. The application brush itself was very good and felt soft. I did my makeup and everything held up super nicely for a whole workday. So, no home run for me
I have been given permission by smartson to test skin ink from loreal Paris. I like the packaging and the applicator itself. However, I can't quite grasp how to use the product in the best way. I have used it on three different occasions and have tried applying it with fingers, a brush, or the packaging's applicator. The product dries very quickly, which makes it difficult for me to work with. I just can't get it even. New favorite
I am sold. After searching for a new foundation since my old one was discontinued, I have finally found one I like. This feels easy to apply and light on the skin while still providing good coverage. I have combination skin and tend to get either dry or oily with many other foundations, but not with this one. I will definitely buy another! Thin, covering, and long-lasting
I have mixed feelings, but overall it leans positive. First of all: it is really easy to apply! I use a damp sponge, and the product glides on evenly and nicely without clumping. The formula is thin but covering, which allows for a smooth base without feeling like a thick layer of makeup. It dries down quite quickly to a matte finish, which I like, but it also means you have to work in sections and be quick, otherwise it sets immediately. I found that it oxidized a bit during the day, so it looked a little darker after a couple of hours. It's worth considering if you're between two shades. What I've had a bit of trouble with is that it can emphasize dry areas, especially around the nose and chin. I have combination skin, so with the right primer and hydration, it works just fine, but it's probably not the best choice for very dry skin. It held up all day for me without needing touch-ups, which is a big plus. It really stays put, even in heat or if you get a bit oily. In summary: easy to apply, nice finish, and good longevity, but it requires a bit of prep work and speed when applying. I will definitely continue to use it, but not when my skin is at its driest. Dries very quickly
I have combination skin where the oiliest areas are in the T-zone of my face. I found it difficult to apply regardless of whether you use fingers, a beauty blender, or a brush. I have to take small amounts, otherwise it just becomes a brown spot. And trying to blend it out after it has dried is completely impossible! However, it is a bit too dark for my light skin. It really lasts all day but feels a bit sticky after a day's work. Would I recommend using it all over the face? No, but in certain areas absolutely. Light coverage
Thin in consistency and provides a light coverage. I didn't feel it at all on the skin. Totally okay product! The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.1 product in post Light coverage7 viewsto leave a comment - 2 hoursRating: 4 out of 5
Skin ink
I think this one was really good! Covers red areas and oily spots on the face. Make sure to really shake the product. I could absolutely see myself buying the product. The only downside is that there is quite little in the packaging for this price. It runs out quickly if you are going to use it both as a concealer and foundation. L’Oréal Paris Infallible Skin Ink – Foundation & Concealer in one?
The consistency is thinner than I expected – almost like ink (hint: “Skin Ink” is not a random name!). It glides on easily, but dries quickly, so I quickly learned to work in sections. One side at a time, otherwise it sticks where it lands. Is it perfect? Not quite. I have combination skin with some drier areas around my nose, and there it could sometimes settle a bit unattractively if I didn’t moisturize properly beforehand. I really recommend using a good primer or moisturizer underneath if you have a similar skin type. And no, 48 hours? I haven’t tested sleeping in it (and you shouldn’t either!) – but it held up beautifully for 12-14 hours without getting shiny or “running”. Nice design – but dries quickly
I tested this product and was immediately drawn to the packaging – really nice design – and the applicator feels both practical and luxurious for the price. I used it in several ways: under the eyes, under the eyebrows, to cover dark areas, and even all over the face. So it is versatile and works for different needs. What I found to be a challenge, however, is that it dries very quickly. Whether you use fingers, a brush, or a beauty blender, it can be difficult to blend it out evenly. So it requires a bit of practice and speed to achieve a nice result. Smooth 2-in-1
The consistency is light and almost invisible on the skin, while it evens out the skin tone in a natural way. I really appreciate that it works both as a foundation and concealer – perfect when you want fewer steps in your routine. After application, the skin feels soft and not heavy, and the product stays put all day without smudging, even when I've been active. The result is a smooth, matte finish that looks fresh for a long time. L’Oréal Paris Infaillible Skin
I tested L’Oréal Paris Infaillible Skin Ink and found the coverage to be good and quite long-lasting. The product stays on well throughout the day and still looks even, although my skin gets a bit shiny after several hours. It’s easy to add some powder and keep going. The formula is very matte and dries quickly, so you have to work fast, but it doesn’t leave streaks or patches. The finish is full coverage and matte, which is not really my personal style since I prefer a more glowy look. On the plus side, it feels light on the skin and not heavy at all. The downside for me was that the shade was slightly too dark and the amount of product in the packaging feels very small compared to the price. This review was carried out as part of a Smartson campaign – I received the product free of charge for testing.1 product in post L’Oréal Paris Infaillible Skin256 viewsto leave a comment - 1 dayRating: 4 out of 5
Infaillible Skin Ink from L'Oréal Paris - Neutral 15
A thin but covering product, feels very light on the skin and easy to apply with the large applicator. Tested both over my CC cream and on its own, it held up nicely for several hours and did not get cakey or settle into wrinkles and creases under the eyes like some other products do.
