    Best toning!

I bleach my roots about 4 times a year and the result is always yellow of course, like after most bleaching. So I always use this toning afterwards. I have also tried icy icy blondy from take away color, that works fine too, but I probably like this one better. This toning magically removes the yellow, like magic. I love this toning. Especially the treatment that comes with it, smells divine and the toning itself is so easy to work with. Always super satisfied!

    Light brown (500)

Product description does not match the product. Followed instructions for use. The color was even but a lot of hair fell out during washing and the color was not as the package said. It said light brown but I got black hair… honestly think this is way too bad. Really need to change the name and picture on the package..

Hi June! 😊 Sometimes "light brown" can turn out much darker on light or porous hair because the hair absorbs pigment, the undertone can make it deeper, and full processing time on porous lengths can overpower the color. If you want tips on what might have happened here, feel free to send an email to our hairdresser at frisoren@lyko.com 📧 You can attach pictures of the result before and after. Hope you have another toner that you know gives you the result you want ✨ Thanks for sharing your experience 💛 Have a nice day 🌞 Try a clarifying shampoo for a few washes to soften the color

    Hair refresh?

I have quite long roots. I have previously bleached my hair and highlighted it. I would like to get a slightly lighter, nicer color. Can I use this to refresh my hair? And use the whole product on all of my hair?

Hi Alma Signild Maria! 👋🏼😊 Since you have a slightly longer root growth and previously bleached/highlighted hair, unfortunately this color won’t be able to lighten the roots enough on its own. There is a risk that the roots will pull towards golden/orange tones compared to your lighter lengths. My best tip is to first lighten the roots with a bleach and then use the toner on the entire hair. That way you get a much softer, lighter, and more even blonde tone throughout your hair ✨😍 Have a nice day 🌻

    Black Hair with Balayage

Hi! I got balayage done in December 2024. Since then, I have been using Maria Nila’s semi-permanent hair colors to maintain the color as needed, but I wanted to try something new. I have naturally black hair, and my balayage is/was chocolate brown, which really needs a refresh. I have also tried reddish tones from Maria Nila for some variation, and that has worked okay. Can I expect the same result with this product from L’Oréal, and how will it affect the rest of my hair, which is otherwise black? Are there possibly any colors that would suit me better/less? ☺️

Hi Bibi! 👋🏼😊 With this, you can get a lovely refresh of your balayage, where the lengths become a bit darker, shinier, and get a more even chocolate tone again 🤎 Your natural black roots won’t be affected much, but may appear a bit softer and warmer in the transition, which often gives a nicer and more seamless overall look ✨ Have a great day 🌻

    Good

Had dyed my hair blonde the day before and it was recommended 15 min max for this. I was a bit afraid the hair would fall out but it didn’t. The color turned out good but not all the hair got a cooler tone. I think it’s good for the money❤️

    8304 Sunny Honey

Since 8304 Sunny Honey stopped being sold, I've ruined my hair with several bad color options. Right now, I'm sitting with dusty gray-green hair, desperately wondering how to get my golden blonde color back. Why is 8304 Sunny Honey no longer made?

    Bangers

So, I have hair that is usually very light, but after several years of different colors, I wanted to go back to my blonde/platinum hair. I was almost light brown when I tried this. I won’t lie and say I did exactly as the instructions said, but I’ve always done it my way and hoped for the best. My hair didn’t just get light but soft too!! After I used the color, I used Milkshakes Icy Blond shampoo which fixed everything! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair!!

    Which

Chocolate is the darkest color. But it doesn't look that dark in the pictures. The only thing I'm looking for is a very warm intense dark brown color but absolutely not black. The one I always used before was 6:77 from Wella but it no longer exists, only 6/7. It is not nearly as warm or dark. I would say my hair now is a 7. I have used Maria Nila's color bomb in intense mocha but was not satisfied, my hair looks gray at the tips because it is such a cool color. (My tens are a bit lighter). Help

Hi Antonia! 👋🏼😊 Based on what you wrote, this will be your new favorite 🤩 lyko.com/sv/montibello/montibello-denuee-6.66 It’s close to Wella’s 6/77 in feel and gives a deep, warm brown tone 🤎 Have a nice day ☀️

Hi Marja-Terttu! 😊 This shade is a cool tone with a pearly shimmer. The tint works well if you want to tone down golden hues and get a slightly clearer, cooler blonde feel 💜 Have a nice day ☀️

    Untreated Hair

Hi! I used this last fall when I recently highlighted my hair and wanted a more even tone, was very pleased with the result. Now I wonder if I can do another "dose" to reduce the regrowth. So the question is whether the product works on untreated hair?

Hi Ingrid! 👋🏼😊 This toner works best on already colored or lighter hair. If your starting level is around 8–9, you can do a new "dose" and get a slight lightening effect. If the hair is darker than that, the pigments in the color have a hard time cooling down the tone properly, which can cause the roots to be warmer than the rest of the hair 🥰 Have a nice day ☀️
