The wheat belt relieves pain and has a warming effect, but also cooling. What is unique about this wheat belt is that you can stand, sit and lie down as the wheat belt is fastened with the velcro strap. The cover's sewn channels ensure that the heat is kept even and it can be machine washed at 40 degrees.

Use:
REGULAR OVEN (GAS FUNCTION CANNOT BE USED FOR THE WHEAT BELT)
Heat the wheat belt for 10-15 minutes. Note that all ovens have different effects, so you should not leave the oven unattended. Recommendation is 80 degrees. If the heating time is too long, the wheat belt can catch fire.

MICROWAVE OVEN
Heat the wheat belt on low power 650 W and for about two minutes. Note that all ovens have different effects, so you should not leave the oven unattended. If the microwave oven has a rotating plate, it must rotate freely.

FOR COOLING EFFECT
Place the belt in the freezer for up to 30 minutes in a freezer bag before use.
