Sounds great that it's easy to apply ✨ There can be different reasons why it smudges. For example, it might react with the makeup underneath, or if you clean with an oil-based remover, there could be oily residues left, which makes the eyeliner not stick as well next time. Maybe micellar water or an oil-free remover can help. Oily eyelids can break down the eyeliner, even if it’s waterproof, and a tip could be to apply an eye primer or some translucent powder on the eyelid before application to mattify the area and create a better base ❤ I hope you find it useful until it runs out, and otherwise that you have another one that works better for you ✨1 likes
