So, it’s not really a bad mascara. But there are some things that I (and probably others) get annoyed by with this mascara. 1. Holds a curl poorly from what I’ve experienced, otherwise don’t have difficult lashes 2. Very wet and sticky 3. New favorite mascara! In the picture, I haven't curled or prepared my lashes in any way, just applied mascara. Easy to apply nicely, and buildable without having to wait between layers. Separates well so you can get real sunray lashes, and makes the lashes just the right amount of full in my opinion (hate when they build up so it looks like spider legs 😅). It also holds up well throughout the day, doesn't smudge on the eyelids (I have quite long lashes so many mascaras do that on me) and doesn't flake noticeably. It's also very deep black, jet black. Curled lashes
Does this keep the lashes curled like a waterproof mascara does? However, it is not waterproof, so if you have very straight lashes that usually only hold the curl with a heated eyelash curler and waterproof mascara, it may unfortunately have a harder time holding the curl as long. If you know your lashes tend to lose their shape easily, a waterproof mascara generally provides the best hold, as it has a drier formula that helps to "lock" the curl. New favorite!
This is a new favorite along with Brown Leather – super lovely mascara that is very easy to work with and gives super nice lashes with length and definition. It also stays put like a rock and only comes off when washed off in the evening, doesn’t crumble, and doesn’t give panda eyes either. I used to use Lancôme’s expensive mascaras (Hypnôse and Idôle) before, but these are just as good if not better plus a big plus that they only cost half as much which is definitely a plus :)234 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 3 out of 5
Black under the eyes
Fantastic when freshly applied, you really get nice long lashes. BUT, I get black under my eyes, not because it flakes, I wouldn’t say that. But every time I walk past a mirror, there’s a new little black spot under my eyes. It might have to do with it not being waterproof, but I don’t exactly sweat at my office job and it’s not a humid environment either. The best mascara I've ever tried!
This mascara is absolutely outstanding! The lashes become incredibly long, full, pitch black, and separated, and the craziest part is that the result lasts! Like, for real, for several days if I don't wash it off. I'm completely blown away! It's not a waterproof mascara as far as I understand, but it definitely withstands moisture and a little water. Fantastic long-lasting mascara!
O-T-R-O-L-I-G mascara! I have naturally curled but very thin, not too long eyelashes. I usually like mascaras that aren't too "wet" as my lashes easily get weighed down. This mascara has for me a perfect consistency, it's easy to build multiple layers without having to wait long between applications. It builds both length and volume without smudging with a smooth silicone brush. It doesn't flake throughout the day, doesn't transfer onto my upper lids (common with other mascaras due to hooded eyes) and is super easy to wash off with regular face cleanser. 10/10 possible!
