A new favorite!
I have long used and loved Essence maximum definition waterproof volume, but got myself to try something new. This one is even better. I want a mascara that doesn't clump, gives length and definition but not so much volume, holds the curl all day, doesn't flake and smudge, and can handle a sweaty workout, and this one meets all the requirements. My experience with the mascara was really good. The curl from the mascara held well, and the mascara bottle itself was economical. The mascara dried out after about 3 months, which is better than many, possibly even more expensive mascaras. I'm sorry to hear that the product hasn't held up on your lashes as you hoped. This is a waterproof mascara, but if the skin around your eyes is oily, the product may smudge for that reason. I would recommend trying a 38-degree water-soluble mascara, as it also holds up to oil! It's also easier to remove, as it only requires warm water.
