Does its job but expensive!
Works and does its job. Medium coverage. Somewhat drier than their previous foundations Norrsken and Nordic Veil. Works therefore worse in winter. Gets mainly a low rating due to the price. Not worth it for what you get. Is not a miracle product. They have doubled the cost for their foundations with this, which makes this brand fall into a different price range. Always bought Idun's makeup because they promise that there are no PFAS and other ingredients that can be questioned. Also, it has felt good to support a Swedish company. Have now completely switched to another brand. 💔Translated from swedish

mineral-based
is the product suitable for sensitive skin with rosacea? I'm wondering about that mineral base, so it's not the same as talc? talc is a nightmare for my skin. What does that mineral mean in this product?1 product in post mineral-based317 views- 1 weekIt is unfortunately a bit drier, which can negatively affect the skin if you have rosacea. But it depends on what type you have. If you don't have bumps, it should sit well.

Finally!!!
This foundation is on a whole new level. It melts into the skin and becomes so silky and so so pretty! LOVE IT! I have previously used Lancome and Dior but I will totally switch to IDUN nowTranslated from swedish

Is the idea that this product is supposed to be equivalent to/replaces Idun's old foundation Northern Lights? I miss my old favorite foundation but see that the ingredient list seems to be quite different on this one 🥲Translated from swedish
1 product in post Northern Lights?958 views- Thanks for the reply, Nova! Unfortunately, it sounds like it doesn't suit me.

Nja…
I don't understand the hype at all. Smells weird and doesn't sit well on my skin…Translated from swedish

The right shade
What shade does this foundation have that is closest to Idun's 2-in-1 makeup powder in the Sarek shade?1 product in post The right shade1028 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHi Laura, Thanks for your question! I checked the product IDUN Minerals 2-in-1 Pressed Powder & Foundation shade Sarek and it seems to be light based on the product images. In the second picture, its base shade looks a bit warmer, while in the first it looks cooler 🤔 If you are looking for a product with a red undertone, Hydra Soft Mineral Foundation in shade Saga could work, while if you are looking for a warmer (more yellow) shade, shade Jorunn might work better! ✨ To find the best shade, I always recommend testing the product on your own skin in a brick-and-mortar store 💛 Hope this helps 🥰 Have a lovely day!

Hm!!
I took the shade Disa with a neutral undertone, but to be neutral it is really very yellow!! Maybe it settles better when the product sinks into the skin. The foundation sits really nicely on the skin and can definitely be built up. However, the misleading undertone brings down the rating!Translated from swedish

Nja
I like Idun's products, but their foundations don't suit me. I have slightly bumpy combination skin with a tendency to dryness, and all their foundations, including this one, are for oily or creamy skin types. I don't find it light in formula on the skin, as described. I wore this today and looked oily, plus it cracked, despite well-suited skincare and their setting spray. Maybe more suitable for dry skin. The positive is that it is a clean product, but that doesn't help all the way.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Nja1321 views- 1 weekI feel like it’s because this one is quite dry in consistency. Even though it’s a cream, it doesn’t hydrate as well as their old one.

Color
How can I find out which color suits me best? I feel like I never find anything that matches MY shade exactly? Either too light, dark, or yellow/cool 😭Translated from norwegian
1 product in post Color1232 views- Customer service at Lyko3 monthsHey Maiken 😍 It can be a bit tricky to find the perfect color, but here are some tips that can help you on your way! 😊 💕Test physically: It's always a good idea to try the products on your skin before you buy, especially when it comes to foundation or concealer. You can test on your jawline or neck to find a shade that blends naturally with your skin. 💕Undertones: Feel free to read up on the undertones in the products. Generally, there are three undertones: cool (pink/blue), warm (yellow/peach), and neutral (a mix). Figuring out whether your skin has a cool, warm, or neutral undertone can make it easier to choose the right color! Wishing you a nice day ahead!

Reference shades for Jorunn?
If you are NC5 in MAC and Chantilly in NARS, is Jorunn light enough for one? Is neutral and very light. Luménés CC cream in Ultra light is too dark for me.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Reference shades for Jorunn?1194 views- Customer service at Lyko3 monthsHey Sara 😊👋 Yes, it looks like Jorunn might be light enough 🥰 The best thing is to try the shade in a physical store 🤍 All the best!
