Fresh
As #lykoinflutester I received an antiperspirant from #biotherm. It smells incredibly fresh and has a hint of citrus. I would say the scent is unisex and suits both men and women. The design is simple, nice, and minimalist, fits well in the toiletry bag. It is very easy to open with the large cap that has a grip-friendly rough surface, which is very important for me as I struggle with caps and lids in general. The formula is quite creamy but is absorbed surprisingly quickly by the skin. Does it work then? The answer is simple: yes! It works excellently. The product blocks sweat and smells very fresh. The original price is quite high at 270;- for 75 ml, but you don’t need to apply it daily; I was advised to apply it in the evening so it can "work" overnight. Then it becomes a bit more economical. Okay scent, but doesn't last all day!
Biotherm Here comes the information about what I have experienced with this deodorant from Biotherm! This deo doesn't exactly hold what it says, that it should last for 48 hours, but rather depends on the person. But under my arms, it lasted at most 6 hours before I started to smell a bit of sweat. So for me, it doesn't work at all. But it smells really good! On some shirts, I've noticed that there has been a little white residue in the armpit area on the shirts. So it can probably be removed with the right detergent, or not. But as I said, it might work better for others than for me. I have a very active job, and the deo simply can't handle it. So if you have a stressful/active job, it might be a risk that the deo doesn't help, unfortunately. But if you have a very sedentary job, it might work better, or not at all. ✅Positive: Smells good! ❌Negative: -Doesn't hold what it says. -Can leave white marks under shirts. Complete Sweat Blocker!
Are you also tired of antiperspirants that neither meet their claims nor are gentle on the skin? Then #BIOTHERM has both an effective and gentle alternative. A 75 ml roll-on for 270 kr. Admittedly, it's quite a high price, but you really get what you pay for. The first thing that strikes you is a sleek and masculine product. With its lovely navy blue color, you really get the impression of a promising result. The scent is quite discreet but very fresh and invigorating. It has almost citrus notes and gives a nice feeling after a shower, without being overwhelming in any way. The application is very simple and gets evenly distributed. I find that many roll-ons both stick, are sticky in some places and dry in others, leading to uneven results. But not this one, it also sinks in quickly into the skin, leaves no stains, and gives a cooling, pleasant feeling. Whether it keeps the armpits fresh and sweat-free for 48 hours is unclear, but on the other hand, I don't know how common it is not to wash there for 2 days. So it doesn't really matter, I found that it kept me clean all day without any problems, which is exactly what I wish for and expect. I really see this antiperspirant as complete. The only thing that could be discussed is possibly the price, but you pay for high quality, as mentioned. Personally, I prefer stick over roll-on, as I find they are more practical with the amount. A stick allows you to see exactly how much is left all the time, while with roll-on you have to guess a bit. And I also think the application is often easier. But now we are really talking on a detail level, and this does not affect the actual end result. I really appreciate the balance between gentleness and effectiveness with this one. Many times I find antiperspirants that are either gentle enough for my sensitive armpits that often get red and itchy, but not effective enough and vice versa. Fresh deo
I had the opportunity to try the Day Control Homme Roll-on 48H from Biotherm, and here comes my review. What I like about this deodorant is that it looks nice in the bathroom cabinet with its dark blue color and the fact that it doesn't take up too much space. The deodorant itself does the job, you get a lovely feeling of freshness, and you don't need to apply much at all to get a good result. The scent itself is also nice. Now to what is less good; The deodorant does the job, but you have to apply it several times a day to get a result that lasts all day. The price, which I think is a bit high for a deodorant, is also why this product doesn't get a full score. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely! You get a quality deodorant. God, but precious
First a little about me; I have quite sensitive skin, sweat quite little. Usually, I mostly use spray deodorant, as it dries quickly and you don’t have to worry about it settling in your clothes. I use deodorant morning and night, you sweat quite a bit through the night too, so at least just as important then. The deodorant smells really good, masculine but at the same time fresh. It is well perfumed for my taste, but on-par with similar men's deodorants. It’s giving zaddy vibes, in the best way. Scent-wise, I would say it can suit any age, but perhaps leans more towards a sophisticated adult man. While I was testing this, I was among other places in the south, with 30 degrees, blazing sun, and a packed sightseeing program. The longest I went without showering or reapplying (due to having an extremely long excursion) was about 24 hours, where large parts were in the previously described conditions (think drenched in sweat and about 14k steps in blazing sun and 30 degrees). By the end of that day, the scent of the deodorant had mostly faded, but there was absolutely no hint of sweat smell. It claims to have a 48-hour durability, based on my experience this could realistically be the case if you are not very active. I actually think all deodorants that promise 24 or 48 hours of durability are a bit silly, but this one lasts at least as long as all my other deodorants. Maybe even a bit better, as it has a quite prominent scent that will naturally mask more sweat smell than one with less scent. I’ll give it plus points for going for a slightly different design than a standard deo, though it does make the cap a bit tricky at times. Of course, that’s a minor detail, it has never leaked or anything, but given that a cheap deo has a cap that stays in place on the first try every time, this one could be improved a bit. I didn’t experience this deo flaking even after reapplying for the second and third time. In conclusion; All in all, this is a deo I have no problem recommending to all the men in my life. It lasts long and smells good. It also dries quickly on the skin. Really good antiperspirant that holds well and smells nice! Sleek packaging that easily and smoothly applies the product. I can find that many products aimed at men smell unnecessarily strong, but this one has really found a good balance without being overpowering. Really fresh scent that holds well throughout the day! I would say that the protection lasts more like a day than 48 hours, which personally doesn't bother me since I apply new daily anyway. I find that it quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a film. As #LYKOINFLUTESTER I had the opportunity to test #BIOTHERM Day Control Homme Roll-on 48H. I prefer deodorant sticks, have a pretty sedentary job, and have tested many deodorants over the years. Pros: Smells good, leaves no marks on clothes, doesn't irritate the skin, you don't smell like sweat even if you've sweated. Cons: Gets sticky when applying (like all roll-ons), doesn't keep sweat away for a whole day like many deodorant sticks do without problems, expensive for what you get. In summary, this deo is not something that suits me, starting the day feeling sticky and not being able to trust that the deo lasts all day despite a job that isn't active makes me want to spend my money on other brands. Fresh and Luxurious!
I have tried many different deodorants over the years, but this one from Biotherm is one of the best I have used so far. The scent is really fresh and masculine without being overpowering or feeling too strong.👃🏼 Biotherm promises 48 hours of protection, but honestly, I would say it lasts about a day, depending on how active you are. On calmer days, it holds up great, but after a long day or a workout, it may need to be reapplied. Despite that, I think it holds significantly better than many other cheaper alternatives I have tried.✨ I also like that it doesn't leave a sticky residue and doesn't leave white marks on clothes. Additionally, it feels gentle on the skin. I have never experienced any irritation from using it. Sure, the price is a bit higher than for a regular deodorant, but I really think it's worth the money! It feels luxurious, smells fantastic, and does its job. In summary, it's a fresh, reliable, and pleasantly scented deodorant.
