For my tired, dry, thinning menopausal hair. I use shampoo from another brand and then massage it thoroughly into my scalp and pull it through the lengths. I put my hair up in a clip and then step out of the shower and do other things. I let it sit for 1-2 hours and then rinse it out and finish with conditioner even though the Lyko seller said you don’t need to finish with conditioner after this treatment, but I always finish with conditioner just to be safe. Love conditioner. Have used it 2 times in 1 week so far and am satisfied but will have to come back after a longer time to evaluate the results. Feels good in the hair and gentle. Smells discreet.
