For my tired, dry, thinning menopausal hair. I use shampoo from another brand and then massage it thoroughly into my scalp and pull it through the lengths. I put my hair up in a clip and then step out of the shower and do other things. I let it sit for 1-2 hours and then rinse it out and finish with conditioner even though the Lyko seller said you don’t need to finish with conditioner after this treatment, but I always finish with conditioner just to be safe. Love conditioner. Have used it 2 times in 1 week so far and am satisfied but will have to come back after a longer time to evaluate the results. Feels good in the hair and gentle. Smells discreet. Can I use hair mask in heal and then shampoo conditioner in soft? My hair is thick, hair loss. Massage it into the scalp, comb through the lengths, let it sit for 5–10 minutes, and rinse out. If you have very fine or lightly weighed down hair, it might be good to use a little less product at the roots and focus more on the lengths. Hope this helps! 🌷😊1 likes
