Orange Root Growth
I bought LA hair sunkissed to even out my root growth and it turned orange. Can I use this shampoo to get rid of the orange tones? Matrix Brass Off contains blue-violet pigments designed to neutralize orange/brassy tones, especially in brown to dark blonde hair. However, I would be a bit cautious. The shampoo can tone down the orange, but if the roots have become very clearly orange, it will probably not be enough to completely remove the color. Matrix also describes the product mainly as something to maintain and neutralize warm tones, rather than to correct a strongly orange color. Hi, Iโm wondering if this shampoo will work for my hair or if I should try something else. I have been blonde since I dyed it black, then did some more coloring. Use:
Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse well. Leave on 3-5 minutes before rinsing. Follow with Brass Off Conditioner. Use shampoo every other day for neutralisation.
