Super great product!
I prefer this over almost all heat protectants. I had Maria Nila's shaping heat spray, but it made my hair straw-like and smelled like hairspray. This one has their signature scent and makes your styling shiny. The only thing is that it smells very strong, so if you're sensitive, it can be quite a lot. For me, though, it's not a problem... I have tried Moroccanoil Perfect Defense Jumbo 300 ml and really think it is a very good heat protectant. It is super light in the hair and doesn’t weigh it down at all, which I love. The spray is dry and finely distributed, so the hair doesn’t feel wet or sticky after application. It protects the hair from heat up to about 230°C and also contains argan oil which gives a little extra care and shine. I notice that my hair feels softer and less damaged when I use heat tools regularly. The scent is also a big plus – the classic Moroccanoil scent that lingers just the right amount. Minus: A bit expensive and doesn’t provide much hold or styling effect on its own.
